Privacy Policy

Effective Date: July 1, 2026

We don't collect your data, we don't track your behavior, and we don't sell your attention. This website is built to deliver helpful advice and recommendations to local business owners in the US looking to create a website or e-commerce store for their business, not to harvest their personal information.

Because we do not deploy trackers, tracking pixels, or cookie-based analytics engines, our privacy approach is simple: Your visits here are completely anonymous.

1. Data Collection & Analytics

Cookies: This website does not write or read tracking cookies to your browser local storage. You will never see a clunky cookie banner here because we have no tracking mechanisms requiring your consent.

Third-Party Analytics: We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixels, or any other marketing tracking infrastructure.

Server Logs: Like all web infrastructure, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) logs standard, completely anonymous diagnostic network request data (such as your generalized region, browser type, and timestamp) solely to keep this site secure, protected from malicious traffic spikes, and performant. This data is not linked to any personal identity.

2. Information You Voluntarily Provide

The only scenario where we handle your personal data is if you explicitly choose to contact us via email or phone:

Communications: If you reach out to discuss a project, we will use your provided contact information (like your name, email address, or business details) exclusively to manage your inquiry and communicate with you about your project.

Data Protection: We will never share, sell, rent, or trade your correspondence or contact details with third-party data brokers or marketing lists.

3. Your Global Privacy Rights

Because we do not track or store personal browsing records, data deletion or opt-out laws (such as GDPR, CCPA, or CalOPPA) are met by default: there is no data database for us to remove you from. You are anonymous the moment you load our files, and you remain anonymous when you close the tab.

4. Updates to This Policy

If we alter our development stack or integrate new features that require data handling, this document will be updated immediately. However, our studio core philosophy will remain unchanged: we build clean, fast, privacy-first web infrastructure.
