And/or for those who need custom backend integrations, automations, and workflows that are very specific to their business. Something like connecting to third-party APIs, to some ERP/CRM that you're already using, or a rare payment processor.
Also, if you just want something completely custom on your backend dashboard that we currently don't ship by default.

A project timeline officially starts only after you’ve done everything on the prerequisites checklist.
All of our timelines are estimated with the assumption that you remain available to respond throughout the project during work hours in your time zone on weekdays, and on the Turbo plan - on weekends as well (!). You don't have to sit in front of your computer or laptop and wait for updates. But you need to have at least some notifications enabled, so that we can maintain an open email communication channel that doesn't take days for simple questions to get resolved.
If you don't respond within 24 hours, Barry the Badger will politely remind you that it's important you do so.
If you don't respond within 24 hours again, or don't respond within 48 hours once, then we'll fully refund you (if anything has already been put down), and wish you best of luck.
Our Turbo and Standard fixed plans are designed with a certain typical scope in mind for a local business website (5-8 pages, standard dashboard with bookings manager and blog editor). If what you need exceeds that scope, we'll tell you about it right on the intro call and offer to estimate it as a Custom Scope project. It'll still be fixed price, but more aligned with how much time what you need will actually take to build. For reference: blended day rate regardless of whether we're designing or developing that day is - $250/day. So, an extra week of custom development is currently $1250.
The timelines are still being battle tested. So, as of right now, we reserve ourselves a bit of a leeway to overrun them on all the packages above by up to 3 calendar days. In which case, you'll get a 10% discount. If, for some reason, the overrun is even longer - it's an extra 10% discount for every other 3 days of delay, stacking up to 50% in total. All packages always remain fixed-price regardless of any delays on our part.
All package timelines are in calendar, not business days. Websites on the Turbo plan are delivered without days-off and without accounting for traditional weekends. On all other plans, we use a 'floating Saturday' schedule, where Saturday can be moved to any day in the middle of the week to spread out resting time more evenly for optimal productivity. The schedule is set ahead of time, so that it doesn't catch by surprise. And we'll still respond on that mid-week off day if you message.
The plans are not mutually exclusive. Since everything is built on the same stack and by the same people, it is very much possible to start with the most affordable package and upgrade over time. You can, for example, startwith a quick marketing site on the Turbo package, take it for a spin, have it attract a few clients for you. Then come back and run the Standard package on top of it. Which will give your site more of a custom look and add features to the backend like the Page Builder. Then as your business grows, you might want to add more features and integrations to said backend. In which case, you reach out to us again, and we'll estimate how much that would be as a Custom Scope project.
