Barry the Badger points at a whiteboard with key steps of our design and development process are outlined.

Our Process

The process most of our projects follow from the moment we agree on the deliverables and timelines to delivery.

Prerequisites

Every project timeline only starts after you’ve done all of the following things. These apply to every type of project.

      1

You create an account on this very site and get access to your project's interactive dashboard, where you'll be able to track the project's progress. You'll also find more detailed instructions on how do all the following steps with all the clickable links there as well. There will be an onboarding interactive questionnaire that will determine the project's visual direction. Prepare to spend about 30-40 minutes on it.

      2

You create a Cloudflare account. Inside your account you’ll need to do three things:

      1. Add your payment information to enable R2 file bucket. This is very important. R2 is Cloudflare's cloud storage. It has the world's most generous free tier. But you have too add your card on file in order to get access to it. It is totally fine, you'll not be charged a single penny until your traffic reaches 1000-1500 unique visitors per day on average.

      2. Buy a domain name right there if you still don't have one. (If you don't want your domain to be locked only to CloudFlare's DNS in the future - use Porkbun.)

      3. Add our developer there as a member with the account-wide permissions and the following scopes: Workers Platform Admin, Cloudflare R2 Admin, DNS, Cloudflare Zero Trust.Make sure you don't give us general Admin permissions, because then all your billing info will be visible to us. Check with your LLM that the aforementioned permissions are safe.

      3

You create a GitHub account. Create a new repository in it, and add our developer there as a “Maintainer”.

Ready to Launch

There could be a couple of extra steps if the project involves payment processing. But they also could be set up later.

Largely, from that point on, we’ll have everything we need to start doing our thing.

Express vs Standard

From this point onward, depending on whether you picked the turbo Ai-accelerated package or a regular one, the process will unfold differently.

Express Process

We push vibe-coding to its current limits, take a single day to refine as much as we can, and ship it, all while trying to minimize the back-and-forth.

      We Let the AI Cook

      We Let the AI Cook

We push vibe-coding to its current limits. Let AI warp time, space, and old rules of web dev; and magically compress all the stages of a normal development process into one.In place of Copy & Wireframes, Design, Iteration, Development, you just get... an entire website right away.

Is it any good? Well, the best way to describe it is that it's definitely improvable when it comes out of the oven, but it's certainly not nothing. We give you a couple of generated home pages to pick from, based on prompts inspired by the info from your onboarding questionnaire.

Once we've picked the initial direction, we quickly generate other pages in the same “style”.The plan doesn't have any design revisions. As in -- you don't get to say how each individual section should look exactly or tell us to “make it pop”. But you do have a say as to what text goes where, and what would be great to see on those images. Because we'll definitely be manually regenerating all images one by one later, since what all-in-one generators usually give out of the box is an absolute mess.

We have a call or written communication with you at the end of the day regarding the current progress.

We Strike the Slop While It's hot

We Strike the Slop While It's hot

We keep most of the vibed layout intact, but polish the key areas that we know for a fact a not perfect. Like responsiveness on more complex sections.

We swap repeating elements with our own pre-coded components. Things like the nav and footer, buttons, carousels -- all get our hand-coded versions.

We also make sure to remove any potential bloat libraries that it might have added for carousels, dropdowns, and animations.

We connect our pre-made backend and dashboard. We spend a considerable amount of time turning those initial vibed images into something that makes sense, by manually re-generating them.

This is where we also create a logo for you, if you didn’t have one at the start of the project.

Ask you for a feedback at the end of the day.

      We Polish and Ship It.

      We Polish and Ship It.

We continue refinements throughout the day, as well as take care of on-page SEO throughout the site and make sure our signature 91%+ Performance Guarantee applies here as well, despite the mostly vibed nature of it.

We push it to your main domain at the end of the day and hope you like it.
