The property demanded an extensive smart-automation blueprint paired with high-capacity continuous current allocations—including simultaneous fast-charging loops for electric vehicles, multi-zone HVAC cooling loads, and a complex exterior marine lighting infrastructure.
Traditional residential configurations lacked the necessary architectural overhead. Our task was to engineer an absolute zero-failure layout that isolates critical computational loads from heavy power draws while safeguarding system panels against salt-air erosion.

400A Continuous Utility Re-Build
We removed the legacy service equipment completely and dropped two high-capacity, commercial-grade 200A structural distribution tracks. Circuit distribution matrices were configured from scratch to balance systemic loads cleanly between active phases.
Solid-State Logic Interactivity
Integrated smart automation control lines direct to solid-state breaker frames. This enables immediate diagnostic tracking, dynamic utility shedding parameters during emergency storms, and clean remote asset management.
Hillsborough Storm Hardening
We deployed comprehensive Type 1 structural surge protection arrays directly inside the primary line side terminal spaces. Coupled with a customized multi-point exterior grounding grid driven deep through tidal layers, the configuration keeps all responsive smart modules safely decoupled from lightning fluctuations.
